    adding water into the carbonized slag, stirring and leaching vanadium, adjusting the pH value of leaching solution, oxidizing low-valence vanadium by hydrogen peroxide, performing resin adsorption on vanadium, strong alkali washing to remove vanadium, precipitating vanadium and roasting according to the traditional process to prepare more than 99.5 percent of V2O5

    In the step, the crop straw powder is one or 2 of corn straw and sorghum straw, and is processed to 150 meshes by a straw pulverizer;

    in the step, the vanadium-containing stone coal powder and the crop straw powder are mixed according to the mass ratio of the vanadium-containing stone coal powder to the crop straw powder of 1 (0.01-0.05), and are stirred for 30-60 min;

    in the step, the adding amount of concentrated sulfuric acid is determined according to the mass ratio of vanadium-containing stone coal powder to concentrated sulfuric acid being 1;

    (0.2-0.35), adding the mixture from a sulfuric acid tank by using a metering pump according to the amount, and stirring for 30-60 min;

    the step of self-heating carbonization refers to that the wet sand-shaped mixture is obtained by stirring and mixing vanadium-containing stone coal, concentrated sulfuric acid, crop straws and 2% perchloric acid solution, and the mixture is conveyed into a large-scale accumulation pool by a mechanical conveying belt to be placed in a closed manner, so that self-heating is generated in the process;

    the accumulation pool is shaped as a big pit, 6 meters deep underground, 17 meters long, 4 meters wide and 408m in volume3The heat insulation layer is built at the bottom of the tank, the steel shed is built on the tank, and the surface of the accumulation tank is covered with asbestos cloth or heat insulation foam to serve as a heat insulation object for heat insulation.
