1. Mould splitter based on spiral ejecting principle, its characterized in that:

  • the clamping device comprises a handle (1), a central shaft (2), an upper cross beam (3), a lower cross beam (4), at least one upper pull rod group, at least one lower pull rod group and a clamping part (11), wherein the top of the central shaft (2) is connected with the handle (1), the central shaft (2) comprises a smooth shaft part and a threaded shaft part, the smooth shaft part of the central shaft (2) is rotatably connected with the upper cross beam (3), and the threaded shaft part of the central shaft (2) is connected with the lower cross beam (4) through threads;

    each upper pull rod group consists of two symmetrically arranged upper pull rods (5), and each lower pull rod group consists of two symmetrically arranged lower pull rods (6);

    the upper part of the upper pull rod (5) is respectively connected with two ends of the upper cross beam (3), the upper part of the lower pull rod (6) is respectively connected with two ends of the lower cross beam (4), and the lower parts of the upper pull rod (5) and the lower pull rod (6) are respectively provided with a clamping part (11);

    the two ends of the upper cross beam (3) and the lower cross beam (4) are respectively provided with a strip-shaped sliding chute (10);

    the upper pull rod (5) is a screw rod with a guide surface, the wall thickness of the screw rod is matched with the width of the strip-shaped sliding groove (10), and the diameter of a thread of the screw rod is larger than the width of the strip-shaped sliding groove (10);

    the lower pull rod (6) is a screw rod with a guide surface, the wall thickness of the screw rod is matched with the width of the strip-shaped sliding groove (10), and the diameter of a thread of the screw rod is larger than the width of the strip-shaped sliding groove (10);

    every goes up pull rod (5) and goes up the cover and have two at least and screw rod matched with lock nut (8), and at least one lock nut (8) are located entablature (3) top, and at least one lock nut (8) are located entablature (3) below;

    at least two locking nuts (8) are sleeved on each lower pull rod (6), at least one locking nut (8) is positioned above the lower cross beam (4), and at least one locking nut (8) is positioned below the lower cross beam (4).
