1. A depth camera based on a VCSEL array light source, comprising:

  • structured light projection module, includes;

    the light source device comprises VCSEL array light sources of at least two groups of VCSEL sub-arrays and diffraction light source elements of at least two diffraction optical element sub-units, wherein the diffraction optical element sub-units correspond to the VCSEL sub-arrays one to one, and the at least two diffraction optical element sub-units copy corresponding VCSEL sub-array light beams by different multiples and then emit structured light patterns outwards;

    the structured light pattern comprises one or a combination of sparse structured light patterns and dense structured light patterns with different brightness;

    the acquisition module is used for acquiring the structured light pattern reflected by the target;

    a processor for computing a depth image from the structured light pattern;

    the processor performs matching calculation with a first window by using the structured light pattern comprising a sparse structured light pattern to obtain a coarse deviation value and/or a coarse depth image; and

    performing matching calculation by using the structured light pattern containing the dense structured light pattern through a second window to obtain a fine deviation value and/or a fine depth image.
