1. A housing, comprising:

  • a wall forming the housing, wherein the housing is a visible light illumination device and wherein the housing contains an interior space;

    a suppression element disposed in at least one wall, the suppression element having an interior suppression surface exposed to the interior space, wherein the suppression element has a transparency of greater than or equal to 20% as determined according to ASTM D1003-11, procedure a using CIE standard illuminant C; and

    a condensing element disposed in at least one other wall, the condensing element having an interior condensing surface exposed to the interior space; and

    at least one of the suppression element or the condensation element includes a phase change material configured to create a temperature differential between an internal suppression surface temperature and an internal condensation surface temperature over a temperature range, and wherein the internal suppression surface temperature is greater than the internal condensation surface temperature when the temperature differential is created.
