1. A method of communication, the method comprising:

  • when carrier aggregation is used for data receiving, determining a signal receiving frequency band;

    determining a signal transmitting frequency band;

    if the signal transmitting frequency band and at least one signal receiving frequency band are detected to have frequency intersection, determining the intersection frequency band, and acquiring transmitting frequency and receiving frequency used by a terminal;

    if it is detected that the frequency intersection does not exist between the signal transmitting frequency band and the signal receiving frequency band, continuing to use the current communication frequency band for communication;

    if the transmitting frequency and the receiving frequency are detected to be positioned in the same intersection frequency band, determining the receiving frequency in the intersection frequency band containing the transmitting frequency and the receiving frequency as a target receiving frequency, and stopping using the target receiving frequency for data receiving;

    wherein, the determining the receiving frequency in the intersection frequency band containing the transmitting frequency and the receiving frequency as the target receiving frequency comprises;

    detecting whether the receiving frequencies used by the terminal are all located in an intersection frequency band containing the transmitting frequency;

    if the receiving frequencies used by the terminal are detected to be located in the intersection frequency band containing the transmitting frequency, counting the number of the receiving frequencies;

    selecting target receiving frequencies from all receiving frequencies, wherein the number of the target receiving frequencies is greater than or equal to 1 and less than the number of the target receiving frequencies;

    orDetecting whether the receiving frequencies used by the terminal are all located in an intersection frequency band containing the transmitting frequency;

    if the receiving frequencies used by the terminal are detected to be located in the intersection frequency band containing the transmitting frequency, calculating the frequency intervals between the transmitting frequency located in the same intersection frequency band and each receiving frequency to obtain a plurality of frequency interval values;

    and determining the receiving frequency except the receiving frequency corresponding to the frequency interval value with the maximum value as the target receiving frequency.
