1. The PAN polymer filter membrane prepared by the electrostatic spinning method is used as a base membrane in a cross-linking reaction with hydrazine hydrate for simultaneously improving the breaking elongation and the tensile strength of the solvent-resistant polymer nanofiltration membrane, and is characterized in that:

  • the solvent-resistant polymer nanofiltration membrane comprises a solvent-resistant layer and a selective separation layer coated on the surface of the solvent-resistant layer;

    the solvent-resistant layer is an organic solvent-resistant layer, and the solvent-resistant layer has a repeating unit structure shown in a formula (I);

    the selective separation layer is a polyamide layer;

    the application also comprises the following preparation steps of the solvent-resistant polymeric nanofiltration membrane;

    step 1, preparation of a solvent-resistant layer;

    soaking a polyacrylonitrile filter membrane in a hydrazine hydrate-containing aqueous solution for treatment, and cleaning the surface of the polyacrylonitrile filter membrane by using deionized water to obtain a cross-linked membrane;

    and 2, preparing a selective separation layer;

    prepared by an interfacial polymerization method;

    in the step 1, the concentration range of hydrazine hydrate in the aqueous solution is 15-25 wt%;

    the polyacrylonitrile filter membrane is a nano-fiber membrane prepared by an electrostatic spinning method;

    the porosity range of the polyacrylonitrile filter membrane is 60-68%;

    the preparation process of the polyacrylonitrile filter membrane comprises the following steps;

    dissolving polyacrylonitrile in a solvent to obtain an electrostatic spinning solution, spraying the electrostatic spinning solution on a base material through electrostatic spinning equipment, and carrying out hot pressing to obtain the polyacrylonitrile-based composite material;

    the solvent is at least one selected from acetone, N-dimethylformamide, N-dimethylacetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, chloroform, dichloromethane and tetrahydrofuran;

    the concentration range of polyacrylonitrile in the solvent is 10-35 wt%;

    the temperature of the electrostatic spinning solution is 40-70 ℃

    ;

    the environment temperature range of the spraying process is 30-50 ℃

    , and the voltage is 10-40 kV;

    the temperature in the hot pressing process is 100-180 ℃

    , the pressure is 0.1-0.8 MPa, and the film pressing time is 10-40 min;

    in the step 2, the selective separation layer is prepared by using acyl chloride monomers and amino group-containing monomers on the surface of the solvent-resistant layer through an interfacial polymerization method;

    the preparation process of the step 2 comprises the following steps;

    i) dissolving an amine group-containing monomer in a first solution to obtain a first phase;

    ii) dissolving the acyl chloride monomer in the second solution to obtain a second phase;

    iii) applying a first phase to the solvent-resistant layer and applying a second phase to the first phase for interfacial polymerization to obtain a polyamide selective separation layer;

    the first solution is water and the second solution is n-hexane;

    the mass concentration of the amino-containing monomer in the first phase is 0.01-5%;

    the mass concentration of the acyl chloride monomer in the second phase is 0.01-5%.
