1. A method for detecting a driving state of an automobile, applied to a mobile terminal having a sensor, the method comprising:

  • receiving first driving state information of a first automobile;

    detecting second driving state information of the first automobile;

    the second driving state information comprises voice information of a driver and other persons located on the first automobile;

    processing the first running state information and the second running state information to obtain third running state information;

    determining a driving state of the first automobile corresponding to the third driving state information, wherein the driving state includes at least an emergency stop state;

    the processing the first driving state information and the second driving state information to obtain third driving state information includes;

    optimizing the same type of information contained in both the first running state information and the second running state information, adding better or more accurate data to the third running state information, and directly adding information which only one of the first running state information and the second running state information has to the third running state information;

    after the step of determining the driving state of the first automobile corresponding to the third driving state information, wherein the driving state at least includes an emergency parking state, the method includes;

    if the first automobile is determined to enter the emergency parking state, planning a corresponding measure corresponding to the third running state information;

    generating countermeasure information corresponding to the countermeasure;

    and sending the third running state information and the countermeasure information to a second automobile except the first automobile, wherein the countermeasure information comprises at least one of lane change information, avoidance information, acceleration information and deceleration information.
