A color printing ink stirring device for plastic bag production is characterized by comprising a bottom plate (1), supporting rods (2), stirring boxes (3), liquid outlet pipes (4), valves (5), first stirring devices (6), supporting plates (7), a top plate (8) and a driving device (9), wherein the left side and the right side of the top of the bottom plate (1) are vertically connected with the supporting rods (2) through bolts, the stirring boxes (3) are connected between the top ends of the two supporting rods (2) through bolts, the top of each stirring box (3) is open, the liquid outlet pipes (4) are connected in the middle of the bottom of each stirring box (3), the valves (5) are arranged on the liquid outlet pipes (4), the first stirring devices (6) are arranged in the stirring boxes (3), the supporting plates (7) are vertically connected to the top of the bottom plate (1) on the right side of each stirring box (3) through bolts, and the top plates (8) are horizontally connected to the top parts of the supporting plates (7) through bolts, the bottom of the top plate (8) is provided with a driving device (9);

    the rotary device (11) comprises a second bearing seat (111), a second rotating shaft (112), a first gear (113), a first bevel gear (114), a second bevel gear (115) and a rack (116), wherein the second bearing seat (111) is installed on the lower portion of the right side surface of the left screen frame (604) and the upper portion of the left side surface of the right screen frame (604) in an embedded mode, a bearing on the second bearing seat (111) is connected with the second rotating shaft (112) in an interference connection mode, the right periphery of the left second rotating shaft (112) is connected with the first gear (113) in a flat key connection mode, the left periphery of the right second rotating shaft (112) is also connected with the first gear (113) in a flat key connection mode, the left periphery of the left second rotating shaft (112) and the right periphery of the right second rotating shaft (112) are both connected with the first bevel gear (114) in a flat key connection mode, the periphery of the lower portion of the first rotating shaft (102) on the left side and the periphery of the upper portion of the first rotating shaft (102) on the right side are connected with a second bevel gear (115) in a flat key connection mode, the second bevel gear (115) is meshed with the first bevel gear (114), racks (116) on the left side and racks (116) on the right side and racks (113) on the right side are vertically connected to the bottoms of the inner sides of the stirring boxes (3) on the left side and the right side of the liquid outlet pipe (4) through bolts, the racks (116) on the left side are meshed with the first gears (113) on the left side, and the racks (116) on the right side are meshed with the first gears (113) on the right side.
