1. A construction method of an animal with atherosclerosis type liver depression syndrome is characterized by comprising the following steps:

  • administering a chronic unpredictable mild stimulus to an atherosclerotic animal constructed by carotid artery cannulation at least 8 weeks after surgery for at least 9 days;

    the food of the animal is high-fat feed, and the animal is a mouse;

    the chronic unpredictable mild stimuli include the following;

    s21) keeping the animals in the rearing cage inclined at 45 °

    for 6 h;

    s22) wetting the padding of the rearing cage with water, wherein the time for placing the animals in the rearing cage is 6 h;

    s23) placing the animals in a dark box, exchanging light and dark light every 7min, and stimulating the animals with 110db white noise for 2 h;

    s24) from seven nights to seven morning every other day, the animals were placed under light overnight;

    s26) fasting for 24 h;

    s27) water is forbidden for 24 h;
