1. The method for controlling the cooking equipment is characterized in that at least two cooking curves are preset correspondingly under each cooking function of the cooking equipment;

    if the weighing mode is deselected, calling a default cooking curve corresponding to the cooking function to cook;

    if the user selects the weighing mode, displaying whether to select the weight value of the weighing water;

    if the weight value of the water is cancelled, reading a default cooking curve, if the weight value of the water is selected, reading and recording the weight value of the water, and further displaying whether the weight value of the food material is selected to be weighed, if the weight value of the food material is cancelled, reading the default cooking curve, if the weight value of the food material is selected to be weighed, reading and recording the weight value of the food material, and further exiting the weighing mode;

    and 3, calling a cooking curve under the cooking function matched with the current weight value of the food material and/or the water according to the weight value of the food material and/or the water, and then cooking according to the cooking curve.
