1. method for preparing the medicine that comprises recombinant viral vector, this virus vector has at least one pair of nucleotide sequence that has homology each other, and wherein each said nucleotide sequence all comprises promotor and reads sign indicating number with the allogenic opening of described virus, and this nucleotide sequence is to whole human papillomaviruses (HPV) albumen or its immune cross-reactivity mutant or its antigen part of encoding of encoding;

  • This method comprises the following steps that (i) makes said nucleotide pair be arranged in the said virus vector with opposite directions;

    Said sequence is not arranged with opposite directions and can be recombinated to each other yet even wherein said homology is enough;

    AndWherein said virus vector can infect mammalian host cell and express said nucleotide sequence in said host cell;

    With(ii) will treat recombinant viral vector and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipient composition of significant quantity.
