    determining a power supply mode of the vehicle-mounted photovoltaic air conditioner according to the illumination intensity;

    the travel path information of the vehicle includes;

    the information of the starting place, the information of the destination and the information of each place along the way;

    wherein, the obtaining of the meteorological information that the vehicle reaches each position point in the driving path comprises;

    predicting the time when the vehicle reaches each position point according to the initial place information, the destination information and the information of each place along the way;

    and determining the meteorological information of the position point at the moment according to the corresponding relation between the position and the meteorological information.
