1. A method of transmitting data, comprising:

  • a sending terminal device receives a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) sent by a network device, wherein the PDCCH comprises a corresponding relation between an MAC entity and a maximum data volume capable of being processed or a data volume range capable of being processed and a corresponding relation between channel conditions capable of being processed by the MAC entity;

    the sending end equipment determines an MAC entity used for sending data to be sent according to at least one of a logical channel or a radio bearer or a data stream used by each MAC entity in a plurality of media access control MAC entities, available resources of each MAC entity, channel conditions capable of being processed by each MAC entity, and the maximum data volume or data volume range capable of being processed by each MAC entity, wherein the data to be sent is from a first protocol entity above an MAC layer;

    sending the data to be sent through the determined MAC entity used for sending the data to be sent;

    the method for determining, by the sending end device, the MAC entity used for sending data to be sent according to a logical channel, a radio bearer, or a data stream used by each MAC entity in a plurality of MAC entities, available resources of each MAC entity, channel conditions that each MAC entity can handle, and at least one of a maximum data volume or a data volume range that each MAC entity can handle includes;

    determining a MAC entity used for sending the data to be sent in the MAC entities with available uplink resources; and

    /or the presence of a gas in the gas,determining, in a plurality of MAC entities, a MAC entity used for transmitting the data to be transmitted according to the data amount of the data to be transmitted and a corresponding relationship between each MAC entity and the maximum data amount that each MAC entity can process or the range of the data amount that each MAC entity can process; and

    /or the presence of a gas in the gas,and determining the MAC entity used for sending the data to be sent in a plurality of MAC entities according to the channel condition of the logical channel used for sending the data to be sent and the corresponding relation between each MAC entity and the channel condition which can be processed by each MAC entity.
