1. A preparation method of a CNTs/metal nanowire composite conductive film is characterized by comprising the following steps:

  • forming a carbon nanotube layer on a substrate;

    opening an opening at one end of the carbon nano tube far away from the substrate;

    filling silver nanoparticles into the opened carbon nanotubes in a manner that the carbon nanotubes are used as a substrate, a metal source is used as a target material, a composite material with metal loaded on the carbon nanotubes is formed by sputtering, a carbon nanotube array filled with the metal nanoparticles is formed, the composite material with metal loaded on the carbon nanotubes is dissolved in an organic solvent to obtain a composite material organic solution, and the composite material organic solution is subjected to screen printing and drying to prepare the CNTs/metal nanowire composite conductive film.
