1. The high-silicon heat-resistant vermicular graphite cast iron with the high performance of resisting thermal fatigue is characterized by comprising the following elements in percentage by mass:

  • 2.50-3.50% of C, 4.50-5.50% of Si, less than or equal to 0.30% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.050% of P, less than or equal to 0.020% of S, 0.50-0.90% of Mo, 0.50-0.9% of Ni0, 0.40-0.80% of Cr0.30-0.60% of V, 0.20-0.40% of Nb0.20%, less than or equal to 0.20% of Cu, 0.10-0.20% of Ti, 0.010-0.020% of Mg, less than or equal to 0.05% of RE, less than or equal to 0.05%.
