1. method of producing low purity oxygen by the cryogenic rectification feeding air comprises:

  • (A) major part of partial condensation feeding air to be producing first liquia air part and the first steam air part, and to first liquia air partly and first steam air partly be separated;

    (B) this first steam air of steamer quenching part and by with tower in liquid carry out indirect heat exchange and partial condensation first steam air part of steamer quenching to produce second liquia air part and the second steam air part;

    (D) first liquia air is partly sent in the tower, second liquia air is partly sent in the tower that above-mentioned first liquia air is admitted to, the 3rd liquia air is partly sent in the tower that above-mentioned second liquia air is admitted to;

    (E) the described fluid separation applications that will send in the described tower by cryogenic rectification becomes nitrogen-rich gas and oxygen enriched liquid;

    With(F) oxygen-rich liquid is reclaimed as the product low purity oxygen.
