1. the preparation method of a microcrystalline glass insulator is characterized in that preparation process may further comprise the steps:

  • (1) will pulverize raw slag material and be added in tank furnace or the electric furnace, be heated to 1400-1600 ℃

    , clarify after making its fusion, 1300-1350 ℃

    of insulation down;

    (2) under 0.01-0.1MPa, be cast to moulding in the mould that is preheated to 600-800 ℃

    , again through 600-700 ℃

    of annealing;

    (3) at 680-780 ℃

    of following coring 1-2 hour, again through 850-980 ℃

    of crystallization 1-2 hour;

    (4) demoulding, grinding, polishing are brown to comprising hedenbergite, lime feldspar, diopside, cordierite glass-ceramic insulator.
