    Antenna (21), transformer (22) series connection back and oscillator (27) connect an input end of wave detector (23) respectively, the output of wave detector (23) connects transformer (24), transformer (24) and the signal input part that connects analog to digital converter (26) after wave filter (25) is connected, analog to digital converter (26) connects the input and the control bus of microsystem (28), digital to analog converter (29) connects the output terminal and the control bus of microsystem (28), oscillator (36), transformer (35) series connection back and digital to analog converter (29) connect an input end of balanced modulator (30) respectively, the output termination transformer (31) of balanced modulator (30), transformer (31) and power amplifier (32), connect antenna (34) after wave filter (33) series connection.
