1. be selected from the purposes of erythropoietin in pharmaceutical compositions of following kind, this pharmaceutical composition is used to protect, keep, promote or recover the function or the viability of Mammals erythropoietin-responsive cells and relevant cell, tissue and organ:

  • I) there is not sialic acid erythropoietin partly at least;

    Ii) there are not N-connection or O-to connect the erythropoietin of glycosyl at least;

    Iii) by natural erythropoietin is handled the erythropoietin with the glycosyl content that reduces at least with at least a Glycosylase;

    Iv) make the glycosyl part of erythropoietin molecule have the erythropoietin of at least a nonmammalian glycosylation pattern by express recombinant erythropoietin in the nonmammalian cell;

    The erythropoietin that v) has at least one or several oxidized glycosyls;

    This oxidized glycosyl also can be by chemical reduction;

    The erythropoietin that vi) has the arginine residues of at least one or several modifications;

    Vii) have the lysine residue of at least one or several modifications or have the erythropoietin that erythropoietin molecule N-terminal amino group is modified;

    The erythropoietin that viii) has the tyrosine residues of at least one modification;

    Ix) have the aspartic acid of at least one modification or the erythropoietin of glutaminic acid residue;

    X) has the erythropoietin of the tryptophan residue of at least one modification;

    Xi) has the erythropoietin that at least one amino is removed;

    Xii) in the erythropoietin molecule, has the erythropoietin of at least one cystine linkage of opening;

    What xiii) be provided has an erythropoietin that at least one amino acid is at least once replaced;

    AndXiv) by the erythropoietin of brachymemma.
