1. A thin film transistor conductive line structure for organic light emitting diode display, the thin film transistor conductive line structure comprises:

  • a gate metal wire disposed on a substrate;

    a dielectric layer disposed on and covering the gate metal wire and the substrate;

    a metal wire layer, which is arranged on the dielectric layer and above the gate metal wire, and comprises a source metal wire and a drain metal wire, wherein the dielectric layer is used for isolating the gate metal wire from the metal wire layer;

    an opening located on the gate metal wire for separating the source metal wire and the drain metal wire;

    wherein the gate metal wire is made of a metal selected from the group consisting of silver and copper.
