1. a method that lowers transgene silencing in the transgenic plant comprises the steps:

  • (a) make up the artificial polynucleotide different with the basic identical proteic polynucleotide of known coding and(b) make up the DNA construct that contains this artificial polynucleotide molecule;

    With(c) this DNA construct is transformed into vegetable cell;

    With(d) transgenic plant that this vegetable cell regeneration can be educated,If wherein these artificial polynucleotide and this known polynucleotide per-cent identity in the scope of total length are less than 85% and not having 100% per-cent identity above in the polynucleotide sequence of 23 length of nucleotides, then be called difference.
