    And said oily lip (16b) contacts the column part (15a) of said second closing plate (15) with middle interlabium (16c), and labyrinth seal (17) is formed at less diameter clearance between the upstanding portion (15b) of column part (14a) and said second closing plate (15) of said first closing plate (14).
