1. method of making the edible rapid release film that the equally distributed basically cosmetics of contained component or medicine use is characterized in that the method comprising the steps of:

    The drying of film is carried out in 10 minutes or shorter time, and wherein said water-soluble polymer is by the polyoxyethylene of 20-100% weight, and the hydrophilic cellulosic polymers of 0-80% weight is formed;

    Said polyoxyethylated molecular weight is 100;

    000 to 900,000, the film of formation is a viscoelastic solid;

    Wherein said film product does not have plasticizer, surfactant and the polyhydric alcohol except the interpolation of polyoxyethylene, water and hydrophilic cellulosic polymers, and the gained film contains the solvent that is less than about 10 weight %.
