    the vertical wall segments of first and second directions Xs, and they are arranged on therebetween weight along directions X against each other in horizontal plane;

    And the vertical wall segments of the first and second Y directions, they along the Y direction against each other, the Y direction intersects with directions X in horizontal plane, and weight is arranged on therebetween,Said a plurality of leaf spring comprises;

    With respect to movably maintaining said weight on the directions X of said body member in said plane and on the said Vertical direction perpendicular to said plane, immovably maintaining first to the 4th leaf spring of said weight, said first to the 4th leaf spring has depression;

    And the said depression of said first and second leaf springs against each otherSaid third and fourth leaf spring is inserted between second side surface of vertical wall segments and said weight of said second directions X;

    So that its edge section of vertically extending is fixed on the vertical wall segments of said second directions X;

    And another edge section that it vertically extends is fixed on said second side surface of said weight accordingly;

    And the said depression of said third and fourth leaf spring against each otherThe the said the 5th and the 6th leaf spring is inserted between the 3rd side surface of vertical wall segments and said weight of a said Y direction;

    So that its edge section of vertically extending is fixed on the vertical wall segments of a said Y direction;

    And another edge section that it vertically extends is fixed on said the 3rd side surface of said weight accordingly;

    And the said depression of the said the 5th and the 6th leaf spring against each otherThe the said the 7th and the 8th leaf spring is inserted between the 4th side surface of vertical wall segments and said weight of said the 2nd Y direction;

    So that its edge section of vertically extending is fixed on the vertical wall segments of said the 2nd Y direction;

    And another edge section that it vertically extends is fixed on said the 4th side surface of said weight accordingly;

    And the said depression of the said the 7th and the 8th leaf spring against each otherSaid damping mechanism comprises;

    The body in the first generation magnetic field, it is used to produce magnetic field being fixed on the said weight between said first side surface of the vertical wall segments of said first directions X and said weight and between the said depression at said first and second leaf springs,The body in the second generation magnetic field, it is used to produce magnetic field being fixed on the said weight between said second side surface of the vertical wall segments of said second directions X and said weight and between the said depression at said third and fourth leaf spring,The body of tertiary industry magnetisation field, it is between said the 3rd side surface of the vertical wall segments of a said Y direction and said weight and between the said depression of the said the 5th and the 6th leaf spring, be fixed on the said weight, is used to produce magnetic field,The body in the 4th generation magnetic field, it is between said the 4th side surface of the vertical wall segments of said the 2nd Y direction and said weight and between the said depression of the said the 7th and the 8th leaf spring, be fixed on the said weight, is used to produce magnetic field,Through make the first tabular electric conductor of caused by relative motion foucault current with respect to the body in the said first generation magnetic field;
