1. voltage control circuit comprises:

    -the second element (150) is implemented the summation that is used for going up to output (V2) output first and second terminals (V1,152) signal that exists, the output (297) of first terminals (V1) and electric pressure converter (19,19a) is connected, and second terminals (152) are connected with the adjusting input (13) of voltage control circuit.
