1. a single-phase energy-saving DC electric welder comprises two-phase, separately build and stablize the striking supply voltage, and can avoid and utilize magnetoimpedance or AC reactor principle, bear unloaded residual electricity pressure reduction to load, it is characterized in that:

  • separately build one group of striking power supply on A, main transformer, this supply voltage can be proportional with main output voltage;

    B, utilize in main transformer can with the former relation that is inversely proportional to, in parallel with the primary side of main transformer by a small-power power voltage compensation transformer primary side, consist of striking voltage and compensate electrical connection;

    C, striking power supply one end of separately building by secondary side one end and the main frame of voltage compensation transformer are electrically connected to, and the other end is connected with capacitor electrode;

    The other end of D, capacitor is electrically connected to the bridge rectifier input;

    E, another input of bridge rectifier are electrically connected to main frame striking power output end;

    F, striking bridge rectifier output are electrically connected to main output rectifier is positive and negative.
