    3 above-mentioned cross recessed countersunk head sscrews pass respectively from bottom to up the screw hole of lower disc and plank and are tightened in 3 female threaded hole II in disk, upper disk and lower disc are assemblied in the recess of the upper and lower circle in plank, spring washer is inserted in the through hole at the plank center below disk, the epimere of axle sleeve inserts in the through hole at lower disc and plank center, and socket cap screw inserts in the endoporus of axle sleeve and is tightened in the female threaded hole I of disc centre.
