Prism Technologies subsidiary Secure Axcess, L.L.C. filed a new round of litigation against Dell, Dimension Data Cloud, Ericsson, Fujitsu, and HP Enterprise. Two patents are asserted in the cases, which concern transmitting and processing data packets (6,108,713, 6,172,990). At issue are defendants’ networking services, including hardware and software that provide networking solutions. Secure Axcess has not previously asserted these patents or any of the other three patents in the portfolio. The entity has asserted a number of patents related to networking technology in its other litigation.
