Morpho Komodo LLC filed its first patent assertion litigation, naming as defendants Azpen, BLU Products, Casio, Dell, Fuhu, Global Phoenix, HP, InfoSonics, PCS Wireless, Procom Electronics, and Sharp. The entity was incorporated in Texas in December 2013 but this is its first campaign. The suits assert three patents, related to recording multi-factor signatures or passcodes (7,350,078, 7,725,725, 8,429,415). Defendants’ devices with multifactor authentication are accused of infringing the asserted patents.
