Federal Circuit Upholds Substantial Fees Award Against Acacia Subsidiary

On October 9, 2015, the Federal Circuit upheld a district court award of $1.4 million in attorney fees against Summit Data Systems LLC, a subsidiary of publicly traded NPE Acacia Research Corporation.
