Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and Marvell announced Wednesday that they have reached a settlement in the university’s patent infringement suit against the semiconductor company. The parties announced that the agreement, reached through mediation, “includes an aggregate payment” of $750M to CMU and does not require ongoing royalty payments.
