April 27, 2012 – Bloomberg reports that Providence Equity Partners is selling its 10% stake in Hulu to Comcast, News Corp., and Walt Disney for $200 million. Disney, News Corp., and NBC Universal reportedly hold stakes of about 27% each, and Hulu employees own approximately10%.
