MediaPOINTE, Inc., a company offering “a unique line of state-of-the-art streaming media products”, has sued Akamai Technologies (6:21-cv-00852) and Microsoft (6:21-cv-00855) in the Western District of Texas over two patents broadly directed to delivering an optimized and “continuous stream of data” through a “management center”.
