Power2B Files Second Complaint Against Samsung

September 3, 2021

The litigation filed by Power2B, Inc. against Samsung at the end of last year has ratcheted up since, with Samsung having filed an amended answer that alleges inequitable conduct in the prosecution of Power2B’s five asserted patents, a motion to disqualify Power2B’s counsel, and five petitions for inter partes review (IPR). Albright, Power2B has accused Samsung (2:21-cv-00348) of infringing five additional patents, this time in an Eastern District of Texas complaint.
