Dynadex Data LLC and Zodex Data Systems LLC have begun litigating former Intellectual Ventures LLC (IV) patents that Hanger Solutions, LLC assigned to an Equitable IP Corporation entity in March 2021. Dynadex Data has sued ACD Systems (6:22-cv-00616), Corel (6:22-cv-00617), and NCH Software (6:22-cv-00618) over the provision of their respective graphics design software products, while Zodex Data has hit GE (GE Healthcare) (8:22-cv-01167), Philips (Philips Medical Systems) (8:22-cv-01169), Siemens (Siemens Medical Solutions) (2:22-cv-04111), and Wix (2:22-cv-04115) over the provision of certain imaging software products.
