Interactive Media Networks Targets Advertisement Tools in First Litigation Campaign

July 27, 2022

Interactive Media Networks LLC (IMN) has kicked off its first campaign with suits in the Eastern District of Texas against Frontier Communications (4:22-cv-00613) and Verizon (Cellco Partnership) (4:22-cv-00611). The plaintiff asserts a single patent broadly directed to delivering advertisements over a network, with the defendants accused of infringement through the provision of TV set-top boxes that allegedly “receive content information from advertisers through an advertising interface and distribute those advertisements to users”.
