After initiating its sole litigation campaign with separate cases filed last month against Frontier Communications and Verizon, Interactive Media Networks LLC (IMN) has now added suits against AT&T (4:22-cv-00704) and Cable One (4:22-cv-00703), again brought in the Eastern District of Texas. The plaintiff asserts a pair of patents broadly directed to delivering advertisements over a network, with the defendants accused of infringement through the provision of solutions including TV set-top boxes that allegedly “receive content information from advertisers through an advertising interface and distribute those advertisements to users”.
