Litigation in the first two cases in its campaign over former Corrigent Systems (later renamed Orckit-Corrigent) patents underway in separate transferee venues, Correct Transmission LLC has sued a third defendant, Nokia (2:22-cv-00343), in the Eastern District of Texas, rather than in the Western District. The same five wireless communications patents are asserted, with infringement allegations again targeting the provision of various networking devices.
