SAP filed an action for declaratory judgment against Purple Leaf [NPE].  Complaint currently unavailable.  Purple Leaf has filed four suits since May 2011 against defendants including American Express, CitiGroup, eBay, Fiserv, Google, JP Morgan Chase, PayPal, PNC Bank, and SAP over a patent related to online payments and receipts for electronic transactions.  Purple Leaf appears controlled by the inventor of the patent-in-suit, Rani K.
