In a new Northern District of California complaint, named inventor Richard Abramson has sued Apple (3:23-cv-00516) over the provision of a wide array of devices (i.e., AirPods, AirTags, Apple Watches, iPads, iPhones, and MacBooks) that support the Find My app. The sole asserted patent generally relates to a system for alerting users of a mobile device when they have moved a certain distance from another device.
