In a new Western District of Texas complaint, Cutting Edge Vision LLC has accused Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile) (6:24-cv-00270) of infringing two patents generally related to automatically uploading designated photographs to a hosting service on a camera. Targeted is the provision or sale of “camera-enabled mobile devices and smartphones”, including certain REVVL- and Motorola-branded smartphones. This complaint is the second in the Cutting Edge Vision campaign to name T-Mobile as a defendant.
