Specialized Monitoring Solutions, LLC (SMS) has filed another round of cases in its sole litigation campaign, begun in January 2015. The new defendants are ADT (2:17-cv-00768), APX Group (Vivint) (2:17-cv-00769), and AT&T (2:17-cv-00770), with each accused of infringing a single, non-video surveillance patent through the provision of home security and automation systems, including ADT Pulse, Vivint Smart, and AT&T Digital Life.
