Ozmo Licensing LLC has filed suit against Sony (7:25-cv-00048) in the Western District of Texas. Targeted in the Harfang IP Investment Corp plaintiff’s new complaint is the provision of Xperia-series smartphones and tablets that implement the Wi-Fi Direct protocol and incorporate certain chips from ARM, Infineon Technologies, and Qualcomm. Three patents familiar to the campaign, recently otherwise active against just TCL, are asserted against Sony.
