Empire IP Affiliate Targets Live Media Streaming Services
Network Architecture Innovations LLC, an affiliate of Empire IP LLC, added ten defendants late in 2015 to a litigation campaign that it launched in June. Thus far the NPE has targeted companies that provide live media streaming services via webcams in the adult Internet entertainment market.
