a glucose sensor comprising an electrode and a membrane comprising a first domain and a second domain, wherein the first domain comprises an enzyme configured to react with glucose, wherein the second domain comprises polyurethane; wherein the glucose sensor is configured to measure glucose concentration with substantial linearity at glucose concentrations of up to 400 mg/dL at an oxygen concentration of 0.6 mg/L.
