1. A method of reproducing digital content in a reproducing device, comprising:

  • (a) reading a digital content from a memory of the reproducing device, the digital content protected by Digital Right Management (DRM) information authorizing a reproduction of the digital content, wherein the digital content is associated with management information including additional information of the digital content;

    (b) receiving the DRM information from an external source indicated by a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) information, wherein the DRM information is associated with identification information of the read digital content, and wherein the identification information and the URL information are included in the management information;

    (c) reproducing the digital content based on the DRM information, when the DRM information exists in the reproducing device or received from the external source;

    (d) reading a sample section by using uniquely identifying information indicating a portion of the sample section in the digital content, wherein the sample section is non-encrypted and used for providing a preview, and wherein the uniquely identifying information is included in the management information; and

    (e) reproducing the read sample section without using the DRM information.
