1. A method comprising:

  • receiving a first indication from an external device to resume delivery to a patient of therapy that was suspended, wherein the therapy that was suspended comprises therapy delivered to the patient via a medical device according to a detected posture state of the patient, and wherein the received first indication is generated by the external device based on input from a user indicating that the delivery of therapy should be resumed;

    receiving a second indication from the external device, after suspension of the therapy, indicating therapy information to define the therapy to be delivered to the patient when the therapy is resumed;

    andresuming the delivery of therapy to the patient via the medical device in response to the receipt of the first indication to resume the delivery of therapy, wherein the therapy delivered via the medical device is resumed according to the therapy information.
