1. A method for controlling a robotic platform, the method comprising:

  • receiving, from a plurality of team member sensors, team member information;

    receiving, from a team sensor, team information;

    receiving, from an environment sensor, environment information;

    determining a cognitive state model using a software component, of one or more team members based on the received team member information and one or more confidence metrics;

    determining a cognitive state model of the team based on the received team information and one or more confidence metrics; and

    determining, based on the cognitive state models and the environment information, an action for the robotic platform.
