Abstract

The present disclosure relates to methods and systems that may be used for detection of one or more pathogens and determining one or more agents in response to pathogen detection.

Claims

1. A method comprising:

receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained; and

processing the information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and the input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

receiving the one or more signals that include an identity of the one or more agents.

The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

receiving the one or more signals that include information associated with the individual.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

receiving one or more signals through use of a secure connection.

The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

receiving the one or more signals that include information associated with one or more locations of the one or more agents.

The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

receiving the one or more signals that include information associated with the location of the individual.

The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and the input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

determining one or more alternatives to the one or more agents.

The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and the input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

determining if the one or more agents are covered by insurance carried by the individual.

11. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and the input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

billing one or more providers for the one or more agents.

12. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and the input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

selecting the one or more agents for delivery to the individual.

13. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

packaging the one or more agents.

14. The method of claim 13, wherein the packaging the one or more agents comprises:

formulating the one or more agents into unit dosage form.

15. The method of claim 13, wherein the packaging the one or more agents comprises:

packaging two or more of the agents into a single administration form.

17. The method of claim 13, wherein the packaging the one or more agents comprises:

packaging the one or more agents with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.

19. The method of claim 13, wherein the packaging the one or more agents comprises:

packaging the one or more agents with packaging material and addressing the packaging material for delivery to one or more addresses.

20. The method of claim 13, further comprising:

shipping one or more packages that include the one or more agents.

23. The method of claim 20, wherein the shipping one or more packages that include the one or more agents comprises:

shipping the one or more packages to one or more treatment facilities.

24. The method of claim 20, wherein the shipping one or more packages that include the one or more agents comprises:

shipping the one or more packages to one or more pharmacies.

a signal-bearing medium bearing;

one or more instructions for processing the information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and the input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained.

one or more instructions for packaging the one or more agents.

one or more instructions for shipping one or more packages that include the one or more agents.

34. A system comprising:

circuitry for receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained; and

circuitry for processing the information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and the input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained.

The system of claim 34, wherein the circuitry for receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

circuitry for receiving the one or more signals that include an identity of the one or more agents.

The system of claim 34, wherein the circuitry for receiving one or more signals that include information associated with one or more agents determined in response to one or more pathogens present within one or more samples obtained from an individual and input associated with the individual from whom the one or more samples were obtained comprises:

circuitry for receiving one or more signals through use of a secure connection.
