Abstract
A system and method for use with e-prescription allows the consumers to receive electronic prescriptions from prescribers and store it in a secure online storage and provide permission to the pharmacy to view it for fulfillment. The consumers are given opportunities to inquire prices for the medication by searching internet or by calling pharmacies before asking a pharmacy to fulfill their prescriptions.
